Iranian project in Iraq has become conditional due to the accumulation of Iranian factional policies, based on the mind of control and not on the friendship or partnership with Iraq, and on the mentality of the imposition of the system that its priorities are national and security at the expense of the Iraqi state project. The success of this project has become conditional to transfer Iraqi components to frightened ones from each other , and protected from abroad on its diversity. Iran is clearly moving towards entrenching the idea that Iran is protecting the Shiites in Iraq, and there is no option for the Shiite component only to be protected by Iran, this is what Soleimani wanted to say in his suspicious appearance in Fallujah and in his claim that Iran was behind the formation of the popular crowd, and this is an invitation to the other components particularly the Sunni component to the further pursuit of separation as the counterparty is no longer Iraqis. it is Iran, which would not be more merciful than Daash.
